Three directors of the Stockton R-I Board of Education will be up for election Tuesday, April 4, 2023. Any qualified elector who wishes to announce himself/herself as a candidate of said district, to be voted on at the annual school election should file at the office of the superintendent at 906 South Street, Stockton, Missouri. Filing will begin on December 6, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. and will continue during the district’s regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Filing will not occur on days that the school district is closed due to inclement weather. Filing will also not occur on the following holidays when the school district’s offices will be closed: December 19, 2022, through December 26, 2022. Filing hours on December 27, 2022, will be from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Billy Bruce, Dianna Saathoff, and Rodger Campbell are directors whose terms are expiring. These are three (3) year terms.
